  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 11 AM in select locations
  • Priority Shipping: For urgent medications and healthcare supplies

Shipping methods may vary depending on your location, the items in your order, and inventory availability.

2. Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen delivery method, order value, and delivery location:

  • Orders over ₹500: FREE standard shipping
  • Orders under ₹500: ₹50 for standard shipping
  • Express Shipping: Additional ₹100
  • Same-Day Delivery: Additional ₹150 (where available)
  • Priority Shipping: Additional ₹200

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is processed. Special promotions may offer reduced or free shipping on select orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Areas: 1-3 business days
  • Urban Areas: 2-4 business days
  • Rural Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5-7 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.

For prescription medications requiring verification, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

We take special precautions when shipping medications to ensure their efficacy and safety:

  • Temperature-Sensitive Medications: Packed with appropriate cooling materials and shipped via expedited methods
  • Controlled Substances: Shipped using secure carriers that require signature upon delivery
  • Fragile Items: Packed with additional protective materials
  • Liquid Medications: Specially sealed to prevent leakage during transit

For medications requiring refrigeration, we recommend selecting expedited shipping options to ensure proper temperature maintenance.

5. Order Tracking

Track your order easily with our comprehensive tracking system:

  1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS
  2. Log into your account on our website to view real-time order status
  3. Click on "Track Order" in the order confirmation email
  4. Use the tracking number on our courier partner's website

For orders containing prescription medications, you'll receive additional notifications about prescription verification and preparation status.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • Certain controlled medications can only be delivered within specific geographical boundaries
  • Some temperature-sensitive medications cannot be shipped to areas with extreme weather conditions
  • International shipping is only available for non-prescription items and subject to destination country regulations
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for prescription medications or orders requiring signature confirmation

For prescription medications and high-value items, signature confirmation is required and cannot be waived.
